Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Doug now calls Texas his home. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts he worked as a successful advertising layout artist and award winning copywriter for several years. Doug later emigrated to Los Angeles and became a member of two major art associations, the Palos Verdes Artists Group and the Torrance Artists Guild.
